








Sweet & Salty Kalette Crisps
Crisps. Usually a naughty treat, these green crunchy goodies have a taste similar to crisp seaweed but aren’t as salty. Make up a small batch and pop them in them in an air-tight container, they’re a great snack for your kids.

Ingredients
- 1 Pack Kalettes
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1/2 Tbsp Caster Sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp Rock Salt
Method
Preheat the oven to 200ºC/gas mark 6.
Rinse and dry the Kalettes and break off their leaves individually.
Toss the Kalettes in the oil, then sprinkle with the sugar, cinnamon and ½ a tablespoon of sea salt.
Arrange the leaves in a single layer on a couple of baking trays and bake for 5 minutes, until crisp.
Transfer the leaves to a rack to cool, then serve.
The crisps can be stored in an air tight container for a couple of weeks.
