Kalettes & Cacao Protein Balls

You’re constantly on the go and you’re looking to discover a healthier you. The answer could very well lie in these protein balls. Packed with goodness, they also taste amazingly good. Never has being good, been so easy. That’s OK, no need to thank us.

Ingredients

  • 20 Kalettes
  • 3 Tbsp Walnuts
  • 3 Tbsp Cacao Powder
  • 6 Tbsp Almond Butter
  • 3 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Scoop (Around 2 Tablespoons) Protein Powder
  • 1 Tsp Greens Powder
  • 3 Tbsp Almond Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • Cacao Nibs And Activated Buckwheat, To Roll

Method

Wash the Kalettes, separate the leaves and dry thoroughly.

Place the Kalettes leaves and walnuts into the processor and pulse until broken down. Add in remaining ingredients and again pulse until you have a thick consistency that holds its shape when squeezed together.

Roll into balls with your hands and roll in the cacao nibs and, or, the buckwheat.

Place in the fridge or freezer to set.
