Kalette & Blueberry Smoothie
What to do with any leftovers …… These smoothies are not only refreshing and packed with flavour, they’re also very good for you. Just pop all the ingredients in a blender, blast and you’re good to go.
PREP TIME: 5 mins
- 15 Kalettes Washed
- 260g Blueberries Fresh Or Frozen
- 650ml Coconut Milk
- 120g Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tsp Honey
- Water If Needed For Consistency
Add all the ingredients to a blender and press go – its as simple as that.
Ensure that your blender blades are strong enough for the ice. If not place them in a tea towel and bash until crushed then add to the smoothie. BOOM!
